Deployment Footprint
V1 ships as a static export through CloudFront so each environment stays simple, inspectable, and easy to promote.

Next Phase
The current shell is ready for dashboard modules, authenticated routes, and mobile-compatible token-auth flows in later tickets.
- Cognito/OIDC integration planned, not implemented in v1
